RENEW BOHEMIAN AMBASSADOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT:

Welcome to Renew Bohemian! Thank you for choosing to become a member of our ambassador program.

 

The following terms and conditions apply to anyone accessing or using the Program, whether as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) or as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use the merchant's product or service.

 

By joining the program, affiliates accept to use the Program in the manner stated in these Terms and Conditions and are bound by them. You are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any way if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

 

Please note: if you are a business looking to apply Renew Bohemian reserves the right to deny your application if they feel your business page does not align with ambassador sharing requirements. If you would like to instead inquire about wholesale opportunities you can do so by emailing hello@renewbohemian.com.

 

OUR PROGRAMS:

Please note we have 2 programs: Our core ambassador program and our micro ambassador program. See below for qualifications for each.

 

CORE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS AND PERKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

This is our core program that includes opportunity for higher commissions, and a personal continuous use 30% off coupon.

 

  • Social Media Channels:
    • First and foremost you must have at least one active social media channel on Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok.
    • This channel must follow Renew Bohemian.
    • This channel must be public (not private)
    • This channel must have at least 500 followers.
    • Your account must currently be growing a community around intentional fashion as a core, regular part of your content.
    • This channel is considered an active channel if you are posting on it at least 3x monthly in the form of posts, and at least 1x weekly in the form of stories.
    • This social media channel must not contain excessive use of Ai generated content. This program is a real lifestyle, organic sharing program and does not permit the use of Ai to advertise.

 

  • Content Creation Requirements and Sharing Requirements:

As part of your perks you get a 30% off discount, and to use that discount there are content creation and sharing requirements.

    • Please note we do ask that you create 1 piece of content in the form of photo and/or video for each item that you purchase using your exclusive 30% off ambassador discount.
    • Post this content on your feed and tag @renewbohemian.
    • This content is required to be created within 2 weeks of receiving your clothing purchased with your 30% off discount.
    • Upload any content you create to the Google Drive link provided in your welcome email.
    • Please do not use the discount if you are not planning on creating content with your purchase.
    • We also kindly request that you share about Renew Bohemian via feed post and story with your unique link/code at least 1x monthly on your eligible social media channel of choice.
    • However, please keep in mind the more you share the more opportunities you have to earn commissions.

 

  • Be kind and respectful to all:
    • This includes Renew Bohemian, its community, and on the social media pages where you are representing Renew Bohemian.
    • Renew Bohemian does not tolerate any form of bullying, racism, sexism, or any form of hate speech/actions from those who are ambassadors for the company. Doing any of this will result in immediate termination of your account.


  • Emails:
    • You understand that by signing up to be a Renew Bohemian Ambassador you agree to receive emails from Renew Bohemian for updates etc.

  • Payment:
    • Payments are completed in form of store credit or Paypal.
    • You must add your Paypal account to your portal in order to receive a Paypal payment.

 

  • Commission structure as follows:
    • $0 - $500 in referred monthly sales qualifies 5% commissions
    • $500+ in referred monthly sales qualifies for 10% commissions
    • This structure will rollover/start again on the first of each month.

 

  • Payment Structure as follows:
    • Commissions due will be paid out to the affiliate on or around the first of each month.
    • Commissions payouts can be paid in cash via Paypal or via store credit.
    • You must add your Paypal account to your portal in order to receive a Paypal payment.

 

  • New Customer Bonus Structure as follows:- New Customer Bonus is an additional 3% commission added onto your base commissions rate.
    • New Customer Bonus ONLY applies to customers who have not ever shopped previously at Renew Bohemian.

 

  • 30% off discount code:
    • You will be able to locate this in your ambassador portal.
    • To use as the ambassador pleases in alignment with the program requirements listed above under “Content Creation Requirements” for the Core Ambassador Program.
    • This code is NOT to share with others. For personal use only. If it is found an ambassador is sharing this code with others the ambassador may be removed from the program, or have their code deactivated.

 

  • Unique link and code for the ambassador to share with their community as follows:
    • Unique/customizable discount code offering 5% off to customers, unlimited uses.
    • Cookie Duration of 30 Days- Cookie duration refers to how long the system will track you as the referrer of that sale once your link is clicked. EX: Someone clicks but does not initiate the purchase until 10 days later.

 

  • Bonus opportunities are as follows:
    • Offered at the business’ discretion
    • Requirements to be eligible for bonuses will be communication via email when they are available

 

 

MICRO AMBASSADOR PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS AND PERKS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • If you are not eligible for the core program you may be approved for our micro program. Once approved for this program you have the opportunity to grow into our core program once you drive $5,000 AUD in lifetime sales.

 

  • Social Media Channels:
    • First and foremost you must have at least one active social media channel on Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok.
    • This channel must follow Renew Bohemian.
    • This social media channel must not contain excessive use of Ai generated content. This program is a real lifestyle, organic sharing program and does not permit the use of Ai to advertise.

  • Unique link and code for the ambassador to share with their community as follows:
    • Unique/customizable discount code offering 5% off to customers, unlimited uses.

 

  • 15% off discount code:
    • As a micro ambassador you will be provided with a 2x lifetime use 15% off discount code.
    • This means this is an ambassador exclusive code that can be used 2x total.
    • To use as the ambassador pleases in alignment with the program requirements listed above under “Content Creation Requirements” for the Micro Ambassador program.
    • This code will be provided in your welcome email upon being approved for our Micro Ambassador program.
    • Your 15% off ambassador discount is also not shareable with friends/family etc. it is meant for your use only. Misuse of a discount code will result in deactivation of it, or possible removal from the program.

PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Approve & Deny the Registration

In our sole and absolute discretion, we reserve the right to approve or deny ANY Affiliate Program Registration. For the denial of your Affiliate Program Registration, you will have no legal recourse against us.

 

2. Affiliate Links & Coupon

Although an affiliate link is generated automatically, you can also create one for a single product or collection.

If customers clicks on someone else's affiliate links and afterwards clicks on yours, it's yours that counts.

On the dashboard, affiliates may or may not be assigned to one discount code, with specifics and usage clarified. You will not receive a double commission if a customer clicks on the affiliate link and then uses the coupon code. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon, you aren't authorized to advertise it.

Affiliates may also promote the merchant's website on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as in print publications such as magazines and newspapers.

 

3. Commission & Payouts

If you refer a consumer to our website and they place an order, you will be paid a commission based on the Commission structure listed in the above sections. The commission amount is determined by the order value and does not include any additional fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

You must set payment details in your affiliate account settings to receive the commission. Payments will be made only for transactions that have been completed successfully. The Affiliate Program is regulated by a fair usage policy, which allows the merchant to examine each and every conversion. Status of the commission is displayed in the Conversions tab and any paid commission will be listed on the Payouts tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for payment.

If a customer makes a purchase with an ambassador and then for any reason that customer's order needs refunded (return, price adjustment etc.) please note the ambassador’s commissions will automatically adjust to reflect the corrected order amount.

If a customer forgets to utilize an Ambassador’s link and/or code Renew Bohemian is not responsible for retroactively giving credit for the sale.

 

4. Cookies

We track customers who click on your link using cookies, thus, they must be using cookies so we can track them.

We cannot track an user who does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, so we cannot pay rewards on that person's activity.

Cookie duration is specified in the affiliate signup form. When a customer clicks on the affiliate's link or apply the coupon, the tracking day begins. During the cookie period, every purchase made by this client on the merchant's website will result in commissions to the affiliate (the customer will not be required to click on the affiliate link).

 

5. Exclusion from Affiliate Program

If an affiliate wants to be dismissed from the affiliate program, they can send an email to: brooke@renewbohemian.com

 

6. Inactivity Clause

Please note that if at any point in your partnership as an affiliate we see no activity on your account for 60 days your account will be marked as inactive and all codes etc. will be unusable. If after being marked as inactive you would like to participate again you are welcome to reapply.
